Garden gates, the ideal complement to your privacy screen
With the Brillant garden gates, design and outstanding quality come together in a product that will provide enjoyment for many years to come. The elegant steel garden gate is designed to withstand extremely high levels of use and is therefore suitable for any outdoor area. Just as individual as the privacy screen, our garden gates can also be customised. If desired, they can be completed with a wide variety of fillers such as aluminium, WPC or hybrid lamellas. The Brillant garden gate is compatible with all filler materials – the choice is yours!
Compact gate hinge and door closer
180° self-closing hydraulic hinge with precise adjustment options for closing speed and final closing action. The powder-coated aluminium housing and unique high-tech components enable the gate hinge to function perfectly in all weather conditions.
KABA – The original closing system
We deliberately chose the most widely used locking system in Switzerland. KABA 8 is the original KABA locking system. This means that, if desired, you can use the same key to operate your garden gate as you use to open your front door. A KABA 5000 is supplied as standard.
Assembly work
If you decide to concrete the garden gate in place, the pillar provides for the necessary stability and at the same time keeps the posts from sinking in on one side.
Duplex coating process
The entire Brillant garden gate is made of robust steel, mechanically processed and welded. The “Zn + powder” duplex process is a high-quality corrosion protection system consisting of galvanisation combined with one or more subsequent coloured powder coatings. Components coated using this process have a service life 1.2 to 2.5 times longer than the sum of the individual protection periods provided by galvanisation and coating. In multi-layer systems, we use epoxy resin as the base layer, as this ensures a smoother surface in the final result.
